How to book
Kindly place your booking request at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. All reservations will be confirmed once approved.

Fill out the contact form.

Select your event type, all details, choose the menu.

We will provide the quotation.

Submit your deposit to confirm the reservation.
To secure your preferred booking date, please make a deposit using one of our secure payment options: Venmo at @proudthaiprivatedining
Timely payment ensure that we confirm your reservation without delay.
Booking Policy
We encourage you to make your event reservations as soon as possible to secure your preferred date.
Event reservations information.

A 50% deposit of you estimated bill is required to secure your date.,

The final payment is due no later than 14 days before your event.

Final guest counts, menu selections, or changes are due no later than 14 days before the event.

Client agrees to provide at least 2 weeks notice for cancellations or reschedules.

If you need to cancel, please send us a letter addressed to Proudthaiprivateparty@gmail.com

Cancellations received up to 2 weeks before your event receive a refund of 50% of the required deposit.

Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before your event will forfeit the required deposit.

Sale tax: 6% applies to all bookings at the date of event.
